USVI Governor calls Special Legislative Session for Diageo distillery
ST CROIX, USVI: Governor John deJongh Thursday submitted legislation to the US Virgin Islands Senate which, if enacted, will realize the most significant economic development project in the Territory in fifty years. The legislation would ratify the agreement entered into with Diageo for the construction of a distillery.
