US Postal Inspector General begins USVI investigation
ST THOMAS, USVI: Delegate to Congress Donna Christensen announced on Tuesday that she has been advised by the Office of the US Postal Service’s Inspector General that it has begun its investigation into her charges that the level of mail service in the US Virgin Islands is unacceptable.
