Third murder suspect advised of rights in USVI
ST THOMAS, USVI: Twenty- year- old Jahlil Ward of St John was advised of his rights in a St Thomas VI Superior Court on Monday, on charges of First Degree Murder, First Degree Assault and Using a Dangerous Weapon in Commission of a Crime of Violence. The charges stem from a June 19, 2007 stabbing death.
