Philadelphia priest named V.I.’s Catholic bishop
The Catholic Diocese of St. Thomas announced Monday that the Rev. Monsignor Herbert Bevard of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia will serve as the Virgin Islands’ fifth bishop.
