In yet another such effort, and consistent with the focus on increasing airlift, the Governor named members to a new airline committee.

ST THOMAS, USVI: The US Virgin Islands Bureau of Corrections has launched a territory-wide manhunt for an escaped inmate from the Golden Grove Correctional Facility on St Croix. Convicted murderer and rapist Jeffery Warner, 45, escaped from Golden Grove around 12:00 a.m. Sunday.
